Lighting and Histograms Workshop with Clarke Warren.
May 1, 2013 7:30pm till 9ish pm.

This is a combined workshop on Lighting and Histograms.

Learning to see light is one of the most difficult, and yet critical aspects of photography. The lighting portion covers Seeing, Controlling and Creating light with easy to understand concepts and examples.

Histograms are probably the least understood feature of your camera and post production software. We'll explore "What is a histogram and why should I pay attention to it?" In a series of Step-by-Steps we'll see how to read a Histogram, and adjust exposures in camera to get that "Wow Factor" in difficult situations. We'll also learn how to "expose to the right" to maximize the information in our RAW files, before we go into post.

There is a small fee collected at the workshop to cover the cost of the room rental for the evening.

Online registration is asked, but not required, as it helps us get a count of how many people plan to attend.
