Our first meeting after the summer break is Wednesday, September 10 at 7:30 pm at the Sparta Ambulance Squad Building. Phil Echo will speak on Expanding Your Vision. His presentation is Part 1 of a two part presentation. The second part will be virtual on November 19.

“The lecture will be in two parts. The purpose of this lecture is to not only discuss how to recognize a picture taking opportunity, but more importantly to challenge the conservative way of seeing. The traditional way of seeing often leads to ordinary photographs. I will help you learn how to better focus your thoughts BEFORE you click the shutter button. This two-part discussion will help guide photographers to increase the impact, storytelling and balance of their images. “
Phil is an award winning photographer that has also published his work in a variety of publications.
The meeting will start at 7:30. Non members are welcome.
