In “Photographing at the Edge” Jackie examines different types of edges - physical, geographic, temporal (edge of day/night for example), edge of the moment, edge of our feelings… Basically, Photographing at the Edge is an exploration of the rich material that can be found in transitional zones - edges of the day, edges of the land, even edges of the mind and heart…in order to expand one’s seeing, imagining, and creating photographs from these place.
