SCC Outing Announced!
Peter Rathjens has organized another outing for SCC members. This one is to Waterloo Village Historic Site.
Date: Saturday, February 3, 2024. Time: 1:00 pm. Meet in Parking Lot at Waterloo, 525 Waterloo Road, Stanhope, NJ 07874. Please register on the SCC Website to attend.
The Village is a collection of historic buildings, ponds, a river and grounds with the former Morris Canal waterway as the main focus. Subjects include old buildings, barns, waterfalls, the canal, and an old mill.
At 2 PM, Peter will do a long exposure presentation. Bring your tripods and neutral density filters and/or polarizers.
This outing will have a theme: 'Reflections, Woodgrain, Rust and Waterflow'. Members are encouraged to collect images of these subjects to be shared with the club at a later date.
This is also a good outing for the mentors and mentees to get together for some outdoor shooting.
