Focus on New Jersey

Photographers are always looking for interesting places to photograph and New Jersey offers many of them. The Sparta Camera Club is hosting a speaker and members critique at its’ first meeting on this topic.
Our speaker, David Blinder is a photographer and conservationist whose work focuses on visiting and photographing New Jersey Parks David is a real estate and nature photographer from Morris County New Jersey. His volunteer positions include serving as a board member of the Protect Our Wetlands Water and Woods conservation group in Denville as well as Land Steward to the Troy Meadows nature preserve in Parsippany. Dave's exhibit Landscapes of New Jersey spans all 21 counties of the Garden State.
Following the presentation, Sparta Camera Club members are submitting up to 3 photos each taken at their favorite photograph sites in New Jersey. Members will discuss why the site is their favorite and how it fits into their photographic style. The group discusses the submitted work. Photos may be submitted on
