Photographers are always looking for interesting places to photograph and New Jersey offers many of them.  The Sparta Camera Club is hosting a speaker and members critique at its’ first meeting on this topic.

Our speaker, David Blinder is a photographer and conservationist whose work focuses on visiting and photographing  New Jersey Parks  David  is a real estate and nature photographer from Morris County New Jersey. His volunteer positions include serving as a board member of the Protect Our Wetlands Water and Woods conservation group in Denville as well as Land Steward to the Troy Meadows nature preserve in Parsippany.  Dave's exhibit Landscapes of New Jersey spans all 21 counties of the Garden State.

Following the  presentation,  Sparta Camera Club members are submitting  up to 3 photos each taken at their favorite photograph sites in New Jersey. Members will discuss why the site is their favorite and how it fits into their photographic style.  The group discusses the submitted work. Photos may be submitted on http://www.photocontestpro.com/  Photo Contest Pro. Following the meeting we are compiling a list of best places for photography in New Jersey and post it on our web page. http://spartacamearclub.org .

Our meetings are open to the public.  We suggest non-members make a $5.00 donation.
