Going to do some research to see if alternate dates and/or locations could be used for an outing.
Let's get together and take a trip to the Lackawaxen Eagle Institute on the Upper Delaware River in PA!
Winter is a time of the year when photographers can have a very good chance of capturing an Eagle since many migrate to the area from farther North to the Upper Delaware for fishing.
Meeting Time: 9:00 a.m.
Meeting Place: Chatterbox Park & Ride (intersection of Rt 206, Rt 15, and Rt 565 next to the Chatterbox restaurant)
Approximate return time will be 3:00 p.m. It takes a little over hour to get the Eagle Institute from the Chatterbox.
