This is a shared virtual presentation for several camera clubs.  Mark Bowie is a photographer and instructor with the Adirondack Photography Institute in New York,  He runs workshops and has several photography books in print.  

Mark will speak on the Art of Photographing Trees.  As we live in Northwest NJ, this presentation should be of interest to many who live in this area. 

The meeting will start at 7 PM.

SCC Members can submit 4 photos on Photo Contest Pro.  The photos must be consistent with the theme of Botany and cannot contain any man made objects or areas.  This includes, fences, posts, grass, roads, cut wood, walks, etc.  

Botany includes plants, hybrid plants, flowers and Fungi.  

This contest is for SCC members only.  

Non members are welcome to attend the meeting but cannot submit photos.

Frank Smith is a travel and landscape photographer.  His presentation, Landscape Photography Challenges, will cover landscape and travel photography and the challenges of getting exposures right, especially in low/difficult light.  He will discuss how to effectively leverage light including long exposure, Neutral Density and ND graduated filters and other techniques from handheld to tripod in various light conditions.  

Frank is internationally recognized and as an OM System Ambassador, he explores and teaches the creative possibilities of modern computational photography.  

This meeting will be in person at the Sparta Ambulance Building.  The speaker will be virtual.
