Every photographer has there own methodology which they follow after photographing their images.  Our goal is to present to you from a high-level view the basic steps involved once you have captured your image in your camera.

In no way is this an all-encompassing list but these are some of the basic steps involved in a photographer's workflow:

1.  Transfer from memory card/camera

2.  File management/cataloging

3.  "Developing" - the editing portion down with a photo-editing software programs of which there are many - examples include:  Adobe Photoshop LR, Adobe Photoshop Elements, Adobe Photoshop CS or CC, Aperture, Picasa, etc.  There are also specialty software packages and plug-ins (we will define plug-ins for you at the meeting) which include packages such as the Nik software suite, Topaz DeNoise, Photomatix, etc.  Bring your questions on your software and we'll try to answer them or try to assist in finding you the answer offline.

4.  Presentation - preparing your images for presentation whether it be digital and/or print.

This presentation will expand on some of the topics covered in the EXPO preparation seminars early in the club season and ongoing in both the LR & PS & PS Elements user groups.
